Small house, in the heart of the old town of Saint Valéry en Caux, located 500m from the sea and the town center with all amenities (including SNCF link, coach to Yvetot, where the Paris-Le Havre train passes). Former fishing district, very quiet, with typical brick and flint houses. The Saint Léger bell tower, the cloister of the Penitents and the Henri IV house, classified as historical monuments, are nearby. Although being near the center of Saint Valéry, the house is located in nature between two hills in the old town. The house is also located a few kilometers from Veules les Roses, a seaside resort renowned for its picturesque streets, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Nature being a major asset of Normandy: each room of the house represents one of the four seasons. There is a 35 m2 terrace just in front of the house, sunny from morning to evening, and a small part of lawn.
