Second bedroom: 2x90 bunk bed and chest of drawers, shelving on each side of bed, wall-mounted mirror, free-standing coat stand. View overlooking the orchard.

Bathroom: washbasin, WC, Italian shower, hairdryer. Window overlooking the garden, gate and pond.

Kitchenette: fitted kitchen with drawer units, ceramic hob, mini-oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker. Window overlooking garden, gate and water basin).

Living room: sideboard, table and 4 chairs, table on wheels, 2 TV armchairs. Window overlooking garden and French window opening onto covered terrace.)
